Ali was born in 1968 in Konya, Turkey. He completed his university education in Tourism and Hotel Management. While advancing in his career in the hotel and service sector, he became acquainted with the retail world. He took on roles in various departments, mostly in operations, at German and British multinational retail companies.

During his retail journey, he managed the opening operations of approximately 100 stores in different formats in various geographical locations. In addition to his expertise in operational processes and technical matters, Ali has also contributed to numerous projects, achieving excellent results in team building and management.

He expanded his knowledge and experience globally, particularly focusing on the African continent. In addition to Turkey, he has been supplying retail equipment and food materials to countries such as Nigeria, Qatar, Mauritius, Azerbaijan, and Kuwait for an extended period.

In his professional career, Ali is determined to further expand his focus on the African market. He is married and the proud father of two children.
