Serdar, early on in his life, quickly learned the intricacies of the coffee industry at the cafe establishment where he began working.

Then, in 2010, he took over the business with 5 branches as the General Coordinator of the Kahve Diyarı brand and, in a short time, transformed it into a large chain with 127 branches, achieving great success.

With his learnings in this industry, he soon created his own 1453 Ottoman brand and became a beloved chain of brands with 23 branches. With the confidence that this success gave him, he continued to grow his own brand family by creating many different concepts.

In addition to his own brands, he has consulted 70 food brands, both domestically and internationally, to date.

As a young serial entrepreneur, he expanded his experience in the food and beverage sector even further and founded the Karen Companies Group

Under the roof of Karen Group, with 11 companies and over 160 employees, it continues to grow and write success stories successfully in the food and drink services , vehicle fleet, real estate, media marketing, information technology and software, procurement and distribution sectors.

Serdar, who has been successful in the Turkish market, has started to advance his initiatives in the UK, Vienna and Africa region to carry this knowledge and experience to the international arena.

Saying “I did my job with knowledge. I came from the kitchen. A person who knows is a person who gives confidence. The secret of my success today is also hidden here.”, Serdar continues to support and support young executives so that they can be strong leaders while moving forward into the future.
