Hakan is the successful leader of ARMADA INTERNATIONAL (NIGERIA) LIMITED, founded in 1998, engages in food product trade and Ship Agency services, actively working to enhance trade between Turkey and Nigeria. Hakan’s strategic initiatives include introducing Tamek Holding products to the Nigerian market and securing the rights to the Tamek brand. From 1998 to 2004, the company conducted finished product trade, leading to the establishment of Nigeria’s first Tomato Paste Repacking factory in response to high demand and government incentives for the use of local products.

In addition to these accomplishments, Hakan successfully manages the distribution of Art Craft-branded glassware by Güral Cam Group since 1998. Leveraging 10 years of experience and client demands, he initiated an InConstruction company, with an ongoing project for a 12,500m2 office building. The company also excels in drilling activities, maintaining a competitive edge with a state-of-the-art drilling machine capable of reaching depths of 1000m in present-day Nigeria.

Hakan’s diverse ventures extend to a wood processing facility launched three months ago in AKURE, producing IROKO and SAPELE primarily used in boat and flooring construction, with exports to Turkey initiated. Further expansions include a Brick Production facility in LEKKI, Nigeria, vital in various construction projects. The Sesame Cleaning plants, operational since 2000 in KANO and NASSARAWA regions, facilitate international sales of agricultural products like GUM ARABIC, HIBISCUS Flower, and GINGER through brokers.

Beyond these activities, Hakan oversees additional productions in Turkish firms, including SESAME production for pastries, TAHINI, and TAHINI HALVA. Moreover, the exclusive EGE KAHVE marble, extracted solely from the Akhisar Zeytinliova quarry, adds to the company’s diverse portfolio.

Hakan is married and a proud father of two beautiful daughters, continues to make significant contributions to the business landscape at the age of 51.
